Evercore Partners Limited
Evercore Partners is a leading investment banking boutique providing advisory services to prominent multinational corporations on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and other strategic corporate transactions. Evercore have offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Mexico City and Monterrey.

Hampden Solutions provide a full managed onsite service for the London site. This includes all IT support (see above)  from Desktop to Server, inclusive of network and security infrastructure, Exchange, SQL, Server. The service also covers business comms VOIP systems, and mobile Blackberry technology.  We are at present working closely with Evercore to  implement a Company CRM system that can also be accessed via their mobile devices which has involved high levels of integration work .  We also co-ordinate with all Evercore global sites directly and indirectly with US IT support company. One of our many successful projects undertaken with Evercore was the design implementation and testing of their Business Continuity Plan. This involved providing full remote site resilience.

EOS Partners
EOS is an investment management company actively investing in the private, public and credit markets.

Hampden Solutions provides UK support for EOS Partners London Site.  This includes desktop support, local server management and maintenance.  We were involved with the setup of the UK site co-ordinating with EOS’s US IT to provide local infrastructure that linked to the primary US sites via secure comms links.

Commercial Industrial Finance Corp (CIFC)
CIFC is a loan only, pure-play credit manager with an investment model which combines attributes of both the traditional bank loan portfolio model and the asset management model.

Hampden Solutions initially setup a temporary facility in managed offices which include desktop and comms links. Since then Hampden managed a migration from this site to CIFC’s  own offices.  This involved co-ordinating and scheduling the migration of all IT infrastructure and setting local servers etc on.

Oxford Instruments
Oxford Instruments specialises in the design, manufacture and support of high-technology tools and systems for industry, research, space, energy, defence and healthcare sectors.

Hampden Solutions is providing consultancy to Oxford Instruments in related to a review of the companies global data backup and maintenance across 16 sites.  This has involved compiling detail report of their present infrastructure procedures and processes. Undertaking analysis of the information and creating documented recommendations  for the board and IT management to review.
